CANCELLATION, PAYMENT POLICY & SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- Hill Rock Pool Villa is not suitable for family with child and cannot accommodate extra bed.
- 2 adults can accompany 1 child. The next child will incur an extra bed charge.
- The promotion is not combinable with any other promotions.
- Settle 100% of booking value within 24h after receiving Booking Confirmation.
- Cancellation from 15 days and above prior to arrival – No Charge.
- Cancellation from 14 to 07 days prior to arrival – 50% booking value.
- Cancellation under 07 days prior to arrival – 100% booking value.
- Name of occupant & booking modification is changeable and is allowed once at the latest 7 days in advance.
- The airport transfer is for 1 time pick up on arrival, 1 time drop off on departure date on 1 booking, not redeemable for cash or other services. The transfers are applicable for any pickup & drop-off that is shorter than the airport distance within Nha Trang.
