CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY

• Baby cot is complimentary upon request and subject to availability and room type to accept.
• Children under 06 years old:  A maximum of one child per room are complimentary when sharing with parents and utilizing existing bed.
• Extra bed cannot be accommodated at Hill Rock Pool Villa. Children are not allowed to stay at Hill Rock Pool Villa.
• 02 Adults can accompany 1 child. The next child will incur an extra bed charge.
• Child of 12 years old and above are considered the same as adults.

CONDITIONS

• Apply for new bookings only.
• The above rate is per villa and is applicable for standard number of occupants.  (Daily breakfast, meal, boat transfer…).
• The rate is inclusive of 05% service charge and applicable government tax.
• Benefits (Spa, Meal, Cocktails, recreation, …) not applicable for extra nights, extra person, extra bed
• All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age to use the spa facilities and services.
• The promotion is not applied in conjunction with any other promotions.
• Booking confirmation relative to this promotion is subject to room availability.
• 100% booking payment is required to confirm the booking
• The special offer must be used for consumer purchases.
• Other terms & conditions as per contract.

REGULATIONS ON CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT AND OTHER GENERAL REGULATIONS OF THE RESORT

• Please present ID card, Passport, Temporary Residence Card of all guests and birth certificate if traveling with children to enable check-in procedures.
• To comply with health and safety regulations, no food or drinks may be brought outside the resort, and no cooking is allowed in the villa. Food, drinks, and cooking equipment may be confiscated by the resort team, without compensation or return.
• The resort has a strict no pets/animals policy.
• Check-in time is from 14:00 and early check-in will be subject to availability.
• Check-out time: complimentary boat for check out at 12:00. If later, a surcharge will be applied. The rate is USD 70 per boat (non-privatized) per way.
• Arrival time should be confirmed 48 hours prior to arrival. In case of delay on arrival, guests are required to inform us 03 hours in advance. Failure to inform attracts a surcharge of USD 70 if the guest arrived more than 30 minutes after the confirmed arrival time.
• 50% room charge for early check-in from 06:00 in and late checkout till 18:00.  Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with prior notice and is subject to availability.
• All valuable items should be kept in the safe box provided in the villa. Resort management will not be held responsible for any claim of loss.
• According to Vietnam law, the usage of drones (flying cam) is prohibited. Should you required to use it, a permit need to be obtained from the relevant authority. The resort reserves the right to seize drones used by guests at the resort.
• All the Special Requests are subjected to availability and additional charge may be applied.
• Surcharges for an extra person will depend on the age and regulations of each price package.

• 2-way airport transfer for 3rd person (6 years old and onwards): VNĐ 600,000
• From 06 to 11 years old – Sharing bed with breakfast: VNĐ 823,000
• Under 11 years old with extra bed and breakfast: VNĐ 1,293,000
• From 12 years old and above with extra bed and breakfast: VNĐ 1,690,000
• NEW YEAR Package (6 – 11 years, 50% discount): VNĐ 3,196,000

CANCELLATION POLICY

Normal Season: 

• Free of Charge: 08 days
• 100% charge: 1 – 7 days

Peak Season: 

• Free of Charge: 31 days
• 50% charge: 30 – 21 days
• 100% charge: <21 days

High Season:

• Free of Charge: 15 days
• 100% charge: 1 – 14 days

REFUND POLICY

• Depending on the policy of each package, the booking cancellation request may be fully refunded, partially refunded or non-refundable. Please contact the reservation department via email reservation.nvb@lalya.com for further information and support.
